Regrettably, returns or exchanges due to a change of mind cannot be accommodated.
Size Exchange Policy:
Understanding the challenge of finding the perfect fit for your rapidly growing little one, Miss Ayana Rose extends a 14-day return policy exclusively for size exchanges. Should the originally ordered item be unavailable, we are pleased to offer either a store credit note or exchange for an alternative item.
Our team endeavours to process all returns within 10 business days of receiving the product. You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your return. If your exchange is time-sensitive, we recommend placing a separate order for the correct size, and upon processing the return, we will promptly issue a cash refund.
Kindly note: Customers are responsible for covering all postage costs associated with returns or exchanges. Miss Ayana Rose reserves the right to decline returns for products showing signs of wear, wash, or defects.
Sale Items:
- Strictly no refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sales are final.

Normal wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions are not considered faults.
