Shipping policy
At Miss Ayana Rose, we strive to ensure that your shopping journey is as enchanting as the dresses themselves. Understanding your eagerness to receive your cherished heirloom, we commit to packing your orders within 2 business days of placement. Kindly note that we process orders on weekdays, with those placed on weekends dispatched on the following Monday. If you would like your item by a certain date, please select EXPRESS POST on the checkout page. If you require further assistance please email us at info@missayanarose.com & we will endeavor to prioritise your order.
Once an order is placed items CANNOT be added to the same order afterwards. A separate order will need to be placed. For detailed information on shipping for both domestic and international orders, please refer below.

- Standard domestic orders: Shipped in a tracked satchel via Australia Post with our Miss Ayana Rose packaging and cost between $14.50- $21.95 (5-7 business days once shipped). .
- Express shipping Australia-wide: Shipped in a tracked satchel via Australia Post with our Miss Ayana Rose packaging and cost between $18.50-$29.95 (2-4 business days once shipped).

Please refer to the Australia Post website for the most up-to-date shipping time estimates*** All shipping method timeframes are APPROXIMATE. Your parcel may arrive earlier or later than expected. Please note if you order is delivered out of approx. delivery time frame refunds will not be given on shipping. If you have not received your parcel by the last expected delivery date please email us at info@missayanarose.com
All Orders are shipped via Australia Post and will include tracking information provided by email, make sure to check your junk folder if you have not received this. If your order is rural or very remote, then it will occasionally require an alternative service. If this is the case, we will be in contact to arrange an alternative. Please allow extra transit times for rural addresses.
Please ensure your order and address is correct. Whilst we will always endeavor to facilitate changes, due to the quick turnaround and packing process we cannot always guarantee this will be possible and no changes can be made once shipped.
Customs and Duty Charges:
- International orders may be subject to local charges, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
- Be aware of possible fees to release goods in your country; we won't be liable for additional charges, and returns won't be accepted for this reason.
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
- If you abandon your order due to customs charges, it will be destroyed, and we won't offer a refund for this occurrence.
Pre-orders:
- Orders with "pre-order" items won't be shipped until the pre-order garment is ready.
- Place separate orders if you need an “in-stock” item immediately.
Dispatch and Shipping Issues:
- We try to dispatch orders within 2 business days for shipping.
- If you have specific date requirements, contact us, and we'll do our best to prioritise your order.
- All customers receive email notification with an Australia Post tracking number upon shipment.
- Miss Ayana Rose is not liable for compensation of delayed, damaged, or lost parcels.
- We are not responsible for parcels once shipped, so ensure accurate delivery information.
